Reception: The Reception desk is manned 24 hours a day. Our staff is always happy to help by giving our guests any information regarding the facilities of the hotel, tourist information, transfers, currency exchange etc.
Wireless Internet: Access to Wi-FI Internet is available in public areas & rooms and charges are applicable.
Parking: Our guests are free to park their cars in our unguarded hotel car park with their own responsibility.
Taxi: We will be very happy to order a taxi for you. Please contact Reception.
Laundry Service: Our in-house Laundry Service, with collection and return to your own room, is available weekdays and at least 2 days before your departure, except, Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays. Please complete the Laundry Service form which is located with the laundry bags and price list in your wardrobe and leave them on the bed when you can then also inform Housekeeping to collect them.
Luggage Store: There is a luggage room available 24 hours a day and free of charge. For your safety, we ask you to not leave your luggage unattended during your arrival / departure.
Excursions: Our Reception staff will be happy to help you organise or plan your trip.
Medical – Pharmaceutical Assistance (on request): Our Reception staff can assist you with any medical requirements you may have.
Alkion Restaurant: The restaurant is located on the ground floor and offers a buffet which is served as follows:
Breakfast: from 07.15 until 10.00 indoors and on the terrace
Lunch: from 13.00 until 15.30 indoors
Dinner: from 19.00 until 21.30 indoors
A La Carte Alkion Restaurant: On the terrace of the Alkion Restaurant which is open with the above times. There you can enjoy a wonderful a la carte meal with a view of the swimming pool and the sea.
Mini-bar: Your room is equipped with a mini-bar.
If you require the mini-bar, please contact the Reception where they will show you the mini-bar list and inform you of the prices.
Wake-up Call: Please contact the Reception and inform them of the time you would like to get your wake-up call.
Safe Deposit Boxes: For your valuables there are safe deposit boxes available, with a charge, in your room and at Reception. The management of the hotel holds no responsibility for any valuables found in the rooms or in the common areas of the hotel.
Pets: No pets are allowed in any area of the hotel.
